This is our Autodesk CAM Challenge Contest Submission!

We’re machining a GIANT A out of aluminum and shedding some LIGHT on it (pun intended). We glued two chunks of billet together with H8000, built a 2:4:6 fort to protect our Renishaw tool setting probe in case our tried and true SUPER GLUE TECHNIQUE failed, and WAILED on it with a Korloy Pro-X Mill a.k.a. The Ripper. Last but not least, we used highly technical art skills (colored with Sharpies) and flipped a switch to give our project that unmistakable, Autodesk multi-color look. EFFIN’ A!
