Error: “Arc move in concave corner cannot be reached by the tool without gouging”

The reason for this error relates to your tool diameter and lead-in radius. The “concave corner” is actually the corner created by the tool when it first leads in to the cut, so the fix appears to be to increase your  lead-in radius to decrease this “corner.” PathPilot will then no longer detect that the tool is gouging into a corner, and run the program.
