We made a similar version of this stripper back in 2013 out of 4140 but the thin sidewalls caused the stripper to warp over time.
Let’s use SolidWorks, HSMWorks and the Tormach to machine a new and improved stripper plate out of 4140. We’ve learned a lot as machinists since then, so better CAM, fixturing and speeds & feeds!
