The New York Times featured Saunders Machine Works in their article titled “For Manufacturers, a Complex Mix Can Determine Location” on July 17, 2018! The article focuses on how location can affect manufacturing businesses, and heavily features our story at Saunders Machine Works as an example of a modern manufacturing business thriving in a rural setting.

John started machining while living in Manhattan – a process documented the very first NYC CNC YouTube videos while learning CNC with his TAIG CNC Milling Machine in his one bedroom apartment.  He fell in love with machining and continues to enjoy making parts – both as a hobby and as part of his entrepreneurial pursuits.
