DIY Repeat-O-Meter

This DIY Repeat-O-Meter was inspired by the original Rahn Repeat-O-Meter used to measure and scan the work surface of a Granite (or any) Surface Plate.  By moving the Repeat-O-Meter across the surface plate, it shows local area holes or dips in the surface plate.  NOTE: it does not show overall flatness, but rather local area ‘holes’ (e.g lakes or hills) in your surface plate!
