5-Axis Machining -A Turbo Fan Blade on the Haas VM3.

In this video, we’re using TRUE Simultaneous 5-Axis for the first time! We created a pseudo-turbo fan blade CAD model in Fusion 360, which we’ll cover near the end (time stamp below). Next, we tested a few different Multi-Axis CAM toolpaths. On the first part, we used “FLOW” but didn’t get the results we aimed for (more digging needed); IRONICALLY, we used “BLEND” and got surprisingly better results.
